There have been a steady increase in Chinese foreign exchange reserves these years caused by factors below:(1) the fast development of our national economy, and the favourable balance in international payment;(2) the impact of compulsory settlement and payment of exchange, and the system of tax reimbursement for export;(3) the inburst of foreign direct investment and speculative capital.

我国外汇储备近年来频频突破新高,一是由于我国国民经济的飞速发展,对外贸易实力极大增强,国际收支连年顺差,二是源于强制性的结售汇及出口退税等制度的影响,三是国际直接投资和投机性资本的大量涌入。
